Product Features of the Split DTH Drilling Rig
1.Standard power packs, Yuchai YC4D80 and 45kw or 55kw electric motors. Standard 76mm x 3m drill pipe or variety of spiral rods. Diesel and electric power packs switchable when needed.
2.All structural parts of the Split DTH Drilling Rig were reinforced.
3.Cycloid motor reducing failure rate of rotation unit with more compact design. Maximum rotation unit torque up to 5500 N/m for bolting, casing and large-diameter spiral drilling and improved torque for larger hole size range drilling. The rotation unit with high and low speed switchable for bigger diameter hole drilling application.
4.High-performance wet pre-air filter system developed by Zega together with dry air filters for three-stage air filtering system to protect diesel engine better.
5.Two rotation speeds switchable by convenient control valves for different requirements of torque and speed.
6.Standard equipped with more reliable heavy duty tramming motor for better sloping ability.
7.High-torque rotation unit with high and low speeds for larger diameter anchoring hole,casing and DTH blasting hole applications.
8.Standard heavy duty tramming motor,more powerful tramming, better for sloping, and much less failure rate.
